Hosted App: "You do not have access to requested file."

So I have installed the default app (installed locally on free-hosted df)

AddressBookForAngularJS

tried to run it and I get “You do not have access to requested file.”

So I added a role and gave that role access to all services and added that role to my user but same message.

Have you followed all the steps in the readme?

The part that strikes me as perhaps causing this specific issue is under “Make your app files public.”

My bad - I didint see the readme. I have tried to follow instructions but now im getting

InvalidArgumentException in Response.php line 470:
The HTTP status code "0" is not valid.
