Installing DreamFactory on my public cloud

I have installed Dream Factory localhost(127.0.0.1) with port 90.
Instead that I want to installed with my google cloud public ip address 130.211.181.88.

So that I can a access from any other machine around the word.

How I can do that, please reply.
