# Can't login to DreamFactory Mobile App

I am testing out the dreamfactory app and keep encountering the following error whenever I attempt to login:
**alert Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined"**
my dsp url is: **[http://myipaddress/dreamfactory/dist/index.html#/login](http://myipaddress/dreamfactory/dist/index.html#/login)**
I am using my main administrator username and password.
I launched Dreamfactory from **AWS ec2** image .
I tried loging in on an android tablet and cell phone with **android version 4.1 or higher.**
please help!

Your DSP’s URL should be its base URL, not any extended login path. Try
```
http://myipaddress/
```

Hi i had given [http://myipaddress/](http://myipaddress/) and my user name and password in android app login but it is showing some error like shown below in screen shot.
