# Getting a blank screen

Hello,

I installed the bitnami DreamFactory 2.8.0-0 package for AWS, Everything seemed to be going well, but after a few days it stopped working, I’m getting a blank screen, I know that I’m connected to the AWS instance since the Bitnami Logo is at the bottom right of the page, I noticed that the AWS instance’s IP address had changed, it might have to do with this.  
please guide me through this.

Hi,

you can try to open the developer console and see the log output to get a hint for the issue. Sometimes there is some useful output.
