# How to retrieve more than \<1000 records at any one go?

Can we do it in dreamfactory. Or do we have to config at the mongodb side?

@Kai Have you attempted to retrieve the records and were unable? Do you have an error message? What happens if you try to retrieve say 500 records?  
Please provide additional information.
