# Unable to open the panel of roles

Today I installed DreamFactory on a centos server.  
When I try to open the panel of the roles the page does not open and remains eternally waiting

the only fault I found this in the debug console browser

"Error: response.data.error is undefined

resolved, there was a problem with php mongo
