I go to config menu and then go to password reset and select the email service for password reset and select an email template.
Hi, I am facing the same issue in 2017
500 “No security question found or email confirmation available for this user. Please contact your administrator.”
I have created a new service Amazon SES, the service work when I test the same from API docs.
But I am not able to choose this as a service in user services config, it is not getting listed in the drop down list.
Please help!!
