The latest release notes in the Wiki are from 2.14, and we are now on 4.0 and I can’t find any release notes for any of the releases between those version. The Github release tags also contains very little information. Where can I find detailed release notes?

You are correct we have been lax in updating the GitHub release tags, just including the bare bones information. We’ve been hard at work though with each release, improving the product both within the OSS and commercial versions! I’ve just updated the release tags page with significantly more information for all releases going back to version 3.0.0:
