Import .sql from local to hosted version

Hi,

Is there a Phpmyadmin on the hosted version ?
Is it possible to import databases ?
If no, is there an easy way to import data from local to hosted ?
By data, I mean data from database, not schema (I found where it was), just data.

There’s not currently a way to move records in bulk between DSPs. This is a feature we may add in a future release.
