ldap_search(): Search: Can't contact LDAP server dreamfactory

Hi all, i am trying to configure the LDAP service in Dreamfactory, i am setting up the service according to the documentation for LDAP provided by Dreamfactory, however, it appears the error message in the login page:
“ldap_search(): Search: Can’t contact LDAP server”

i am using the ip: 120.24.230.13 as the host and the base dn=localhost.
Is it related to the setting in these two fields?

You should check to make sure your firewall isn’t blocking the connection. Also, it would be rather strange for your base dn to be localhost. That could cause all kids of issues, since localhost is a hostname reserved for a machine to refer to itself.
