Unable to edit applications on the dream factory console

I am unable to view the application files in created in the admin console. There is option only to delete and launch the application but but no option to view the files contents

is there a mistake in the login or mistake in creating application?

You cannot view or edit files on the Apps tab, which is shown in your screenshot. On the Files tab, you may both view and edit (in a simple text editor) the files in storage.
